How long does order processing take?

How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders estimated shipping duration will be 2-3 Days for NCR, 3-5 business days for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, after your order leaves our facility. For international orders estimated shipping duration will be 2 weeks to 1 month. This does not include order processing time. E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Kindly note that international shipping is unavailable at this time.

Which couriers do you use?

For Domestic Addresses, we offer J&T Express, NINJAVAN

For International Addresses, DHL Express Worldwide. Rates are in PHP and exclude customs duties, taxes, clearance-related charges, VAT and all surcharges. (Currently this feature is not yet active)

How can I find out how much it costs to ship my order?

The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is by going through the checkout process. We calculate shipping based on weight and the shipping destination.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing it and cannot be cancelled.

What if I need to change my address?

What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail shop@onegarage.com.ph or customercare@onegarage.com.ph with a photo of the damaged merchandise and your order number within 7 Days upon receiving your order and our online staff will assist you. ONLY EMAILS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED.

Are duties and taxes included with international orders?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
